Downloadable titles are playable during download for Xbox ONE

While this is old news, IGN recently updated their article from a few days ago with some clarification from MS about digital downloads as well:

UPDATE: Microsoft has confirmed to IGN that users can also begin playing games during disc-based installation. A representative tells us, "Whether you are downloading a game digitally or from a disc, the game will be downloaded in segments. Once the required data –a fraction of the entire game – is on the hard drive, you can start playing while the rest of the title finishes downloading in the background."
